What are Your Trading Hours?
Our online store never closes – you are free to purchase 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Client Concierge team are available via email and will respond within 24 hours during working hours.
Can i visit your store and purchase Face to Face?
Due to the shear volume and broad spectrum of HVAC equipment we provide, it is simply impossible to house or display all our products in any one specific fixed location, we therefore house our products in various warehouses (Picking and drop shipping facilities) with trusted and reputable logistics companies whom we have long standing business relationships with. This also affords us the advantage of being able to supply any region across South Africa with the much needed HVAC equipment in record time.
We don’t do face to face orders. You can only order/purchase online but are more than welcome to call our Client Concierge team to assist with any queries or questions regarding any of our products or services. You may also feel free to phone in your order by requesting a quotation, accepting it and have an automated invoice raised against your purchase. Our AI software will then allocate your order to a member of staff who will contact you and walk you through the procedure and will be your point of contact until you receive your order.

We started our business from maintenance, repairs and installations and decided during the pandemic to diversify our business to accommodate our customers with an easy-to-use online retail facility were customers could search through hundreds of HVAC products in one easy platform from the comfort of their home, office or while out on business
Where are you Located?
Our centralised sales centre and Head office is located Unit 28 Calvinia street Brentwood Park, Benoni and we are currently in the process of securing a secondary headquarters in Cape Town - South Africa. We have 57 picking and fulfilment warehouses strategically located across South Africa at every major centre with smaller satellite facilities spread our the country to enable us to ship to most regional areas where getting HVAC equipment can prove tricky to most suppliers.
