While every care is taken to protect the owner’s property and to prevent any damages, mishaps or injuries, All installation works carried out by Atlas Air Conditioning Staff or Contractors is done so at the property owners / tenants own risk. IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
