Free Delivery

  • Indoor unit mounted to the inside wall of the room.
  • Outdoor unit mounted on brackets on the same outside wall, with up to 3 meters of piping. Extra piping will be billed separately.
  • Installation time is approximately 3–4 hours per wall split.
  • 12-month workmanship guarantee (not to be confused with the product warranty).

Terms and Exclusions

  • Electrical connection to the distribution board (requires a qualified electrician and is not included).
  • We may use an existing plug point for units up to 18,000 Btu/hr if the circuit is not overloaded. Larger units or insufficient plugs will require a dedicated connection.
  • COC certificates for electrical work are excluded and billed separately if required.
  • Additional travel charges may apply depending on your location.
  • Extra gas piping, drainage, or materials will be charged and must be paid via EFT or online on the day of installation.
  • Installations requiring scaffolding will incur additional costs and must be discussed beforehand.
  • Atlas Air Con Ltd is not responsible for damage to concealed plumbing, electrical works or property of what ever nature in the event that accidental damage may occur.
  • Atlas Air Con Ltd does not accept liability for any damage caused by lift-up or condensation pumps. We recommend avoiding these wherever possible.
  • The customer must ensure valuables and property in the installation area are protected. Someone should ideally be present during installation.
  • Excludes de-installation of existing units.
  • Excludes all civil, building, or painting work.
